The bedroom is bigger than the pics make it seem. It’s furnished with a queen size bed, clean bedding, clean mattress, dresser, and desk. The walk-in closet is spacious and has top and bottom shelves for storage.

LEASE TERMS: Month to month with signed lease and roommate agreement. Security deposit is equal to half of the rent. PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have the security deposit and the first month’s rent saved up, please do not contact me. I need someone able to save money in order to proceed.

A responsible individual that can pay rent on time with no problems and an individual who can help keep a very clean house. No messy people. Just clean up after yourself, that’s it!

This is a giant house with plenty of room. The location is great! No lights or stops signs between the service road of I-35 and the neighborhood entrance. Get home fast, get to the highway fast!

About me: I’m a 49 year old nerd from San Antonio, TX. I graduated from UTSA in 2003 and moved up here for my job. When at home, I work on projects within the house and try to make time to game on my PC in the evenings.
