Master Bedroom

Me and my cousin bought a house together. We are in our mid-20s, so the house will be very lively and friendly. We will be living upstairs, so the master downstairs will be alone for our renter in their private place. We are both boys, we are open to couples or singles or married people. The house is a new build, so everything is brand new, never used before, so first come, first serve. The room has no bed, so if you need a bed, we could get you one we have, but y'all need to pay us to get it in before you move in. We love pets, but as of right now we would need to make sure it is well trained and that you are a good owner before we accept any animals, but until then, no. We are slowly getting more and more furniture into the house. We just got a couch and TV, which you are allowed to use, but just again, respect it. We get the garage spaces unless you are willing to pay extra for an indoor spot. As of now, you'd need to park in the driveway. Chores we would rarely ever ask you to help with, but if needed we might ask you to take the trash out. At most we want to work as a team to make living as simple and easy as possible. No smoking inside. We are friendly, just smoke outside and make sure to clean your pieces so it does not smell in the house and throw away buds. We are very social and at the house most of the time, but we will never bother you to hang out. We make lots of food, so we might offer dinner here and there.
