Large five bedroom home
Full kitchen furnished in the whole entire house there is a bed with a mattress that’s a couple months old and I do have a dresser and side table if needed
There’s a bathroom that you’d share with one other person
It’s an upstairs room
I’m asking $800 per month $500 deposit with some utilities shared like water and electricity because those very based on the usage, but I paid the bulk of it
The other people in the house are my son who is 22. He’s on the other side of the loft upstairs. There’s a theater room and there’s a loft upstairs and there’s a den downstairs with a full dining room set and a kitchen set and all the utensils and kitchen Where that you need

I have two hypoallergenic small dogs that are always taken care of buying my son or myself

There’s parking on the street right in front of the house and on occasion when I’m not there, you’re allowed to park in the driveway. There’s a ring doorbell for security and there is. Plenty of cabinet space or pantry space for food and you can separate where you want your food. There’s a nice fridge with plenty of space for your items.
Everyone respects everybody’s space and reasonable hours
