Private bed/bath in upscale apartment coimplex

This is private guest bedroom in a 2-bed apartment to include private bath with large closet and TV. Complex is MAA Frisco Bridges, near to Stonebriar Mall and Tollway. Facilities include access to large and well-stocked kitchen area, w/d in apt, wi-fi, covered parking garage, pool, gym, and recreational area.
I am the only occupant, a retired business exec but currently working in customer service at a local car dealership. Also an active runner. I'm easy-going, respectful, and keep things pretty low key.
Monthly rent $1,200. Includes utilities. Looking for minimum 6-month stay; no maximum. Apt available to be seen almost any time, altho best in the early evening on weekdays and anytime on a Sunday or Monday. This is a great apartment and has been a most friendly home for many past tenants.
