Flower Mound is listed as livability. com's #1 most livable city. Centrally located in DFW Texas. A wide variety of dining, shopping, basically everything.
The room is on the smaller side. Has closet, ceiling fan/light, and tree shaded window, so if you like to sleep in, all good. Shared areas include a bathroom, nice comfy living room with fireplace, and kitchen with newer (6years or so old) appliances. Parking is on the street.
Public transportation is very limited here in Flower Mound. Let's face it, basically call Uber.
My best friend of about 48 years is the other roommate.
I am flexible on length of contract. Let's figure that out once we meet. But not looking for short term
