About the space: 
You’ll have a private bedroom and a private bathroom located across the hall. Common areas are shared 50/50 and include the living room, dining room, well-equipped kitchen, office, washer/dryer, and attached 2-car garage with some storage space.
The home also has a fenced backyard with a deck, outdoor furniture, fire pit, and grill — great for relaxing outside when the weather is nice.
Common areas are already fully furnished, but if you have furniture you’d like to bring, I’m open to discussing whether we can make room for it.

About me:
I’m a single male in my mid-30s. I’m clean, quiet, and considerate, and I enjoy coffee, cooking, gardening, and hiking. I’m looking for a peaceful, comfortable household rather than a party environment.

This would be a good fit for a working professional or mature graduate student seeking a quiet, respectful living environment in a house rather than an apartment.
My ideal roommate is responsible, respectful, clean, and punctual with payments. Quiet hours are 10pm–7am. Guests are welcome as long as they are courteous and do not effectively become additional occupants.
One or two pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided they are well-behaved and you clean up after them frequently and thoroughly. Additional pet deposit required.
No smoking or vaping. Must be LGBTQ+ affirming. All ages, genders, and orientations are welcome.

Screening / lease: 
References are required, ideally from former roommates and/or landlords.
Landlord will verify income of at least 3x rent, minimum 640 credit score, and background check. 12-month lease required.
