I’m looking for one roommate to share a clean, quiet 3 bed / 2 bath house in Denton. You’d have your own private bedroom and private bathroom, plus 50/50 shared use of the main living spaces. The house would be shared with only me, so it’s a good option for someone looking for more space, privacy, and calm than a typical apartment or crowded student house.

Target move-in window is August 1–7, 2026, with some flexibility for the right fit.

About the space
You’ll have a private bedroom and a private bathroom located across the hall. Shared common areas include the living room, dining room, well-equipped kitchen, office, washer/dryer, attached garage with some storage, and fenced backyard with a deck, outdoor furniture, fire pit, and grill.

Common areas are fully furnished, but if you have furniture you’d like to bring, I’m open to discussing whether we can make room for it.

About me
I’m a single male in my mid-30s. I’m clean, quiet, and respectful, and I enjoy coffee, cooking, gardening, and hiking. I’m hoping to keep the house comfortable, peaceful, and easy to share.

Roommate fit
This would likely be a good fit for a working professional, graduate student, or mature/responsible student who wants a quiet and respectful home environment.

I’m looking for someone responsible, considerate, reasonably clean, and punctual with payments. This is not a party-house setup, but guests are welcome as long as they’re respectful and don’t effectively become additional occupants.

One or two pets may be considered case by case, provided they are well-behaved and you clean up after them frequently and thoroughly.

No smoking or vaping. LGBTQ+ affirming household. All ages, genders, and orientations are welcome.

Lease / screening
12-month lease.
References are preferred, ideally from former roommates and/or landlords. Standard landlord screening includes income verification, credit check, and background check.
