Apartment Sublet 2026-2027

Hey! I saw your post about looking for a place to live. I’m trying to get somebody to take over my lease for my 2x2 apartment rent is $989 a month plus utilities which is about $30-$40 a month. Pet friendly It is fully furnished and has a big fenced in patio, which overlooks the apartments pool which is almost always empty by an amazing pool. They also have a volleyball court, a basketball court, a small little golfing spot, a study room, and a gym. It’s in Denton. It’s about a five minute drive from the square and it is right next to a coffee shop. That’s about a two minute walk. My roommate is a very lovely girl who is super sweet but is honestly never really home because she’s at her boyfriends but she’s an angel. If you’re interested, please let me know.
