Roommate Requirements:
Light preference towards female roommates but anyone is okay, 20+, no cats or dogs and small pets will be discussed on a case-to-case basis. LGBTQ+ friendly is a requirement. You do not have to be an attending student at either college. Utilities tend to run $70-90 a month, and the internet is $20.10 a month. All payments must be made through Zelle. NO smoking or illegal substances in the home, legal marijuana that does not give off a smell (ie edibles) are acceptable, as well as vaping. Alcohol is also permitted, we're seeking someone who is comfortable living in a home with alcohol.

Information about Rommates:
2 female presenting roommates, aged 20 and 21. You will be sharing the entire home aside from the bedrooms with 3 cats. There will be two non-venomous, non-constrictor type snakes in an enclosure in the shared space downstairs. There is also a lizard upstairs, who remains in his enclosure. We are messy individuals, the house can quickly become unclean and we often have to organize cleaning nights to fix the problem, so a roommate who is okay with a little mess/chaos is a must.

3 bedroom, 2 1⁄2 bathroom townhouse, sharing very thick walls with two other townhouses, one of which is vacant upon posting this advertisement. Full living room with TV, full kitchen with appliances. Half bathroom downstairs, full bathroom with bathtub and shower combo upstairs. You will have your own bedroom but will be sharing the full bathroom with one other roommate. The room comfortably fits a twin or full bed, but leans on the smaller size. Limited storage space in the two car garage, including an open spot for a car, as well as street parking directly in front. More storage available in the attic. The house has easy access to the busses that can take you to the UNT or TWU campuses. Washer and dryer are included as well, with a designated laundry room upstairs. The neighborhood is very safe, and includes many homes with children which can sometimes make a little noise out on the street. There’s a park with grass and seating in the center of the neighborhood.
