We are looking for a responsible and friendly female college student to rent a private room in a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the Lake Park area of Denton. The house is conveniently located just 2 miles North of the University of North Texas (UNT) and 2 miles West of Texas Woman's University (TWU).
You would be sharing the home with two other female students, including our daughter. We are seeking a tenant who is clean, respectful of shared spaces, and focused on their studies. This is a quiet, non-smoking, and pet-free environment.

The Space:
One private, furnished bedroom (approx. 11' x 12') with a spacious closet.
Shared full bathroom with one other housemate.
Full access to all furnished common areas, including a full kitchen with modern appliances, living room, dining area, and a bright solarium perfect for studying.
