Room available with own restroom

The room has a window facing the front and its own closet. I do happen to have a 75 inch TV in there already along with the dresser but I can remove it if needed has all tile floor and the restroom is outside the room right next-door I’m a very clean person And I would expect the same. Space is Limited just because I don’t have a lot of room. I have everything you would need in the kitchen, so no need to bring anything extra. Also have a washer and dryer you can use whenever everything is pretty much open to you except my room on the other hand I’m laid-back easy to get along with and respectful towards others, I work most of the time and usually out with my dog when I do go anywhere. I usually have my half days during the week like Thursday and Friday and work Saturday, Saturdays, and Sundays All I ask is that you keep the place clean and pick up after yourself
