Female is looking for student female roommates to share a four bedroom two bath house. Prefer UNT/TWU/International students who are with honesty/integrity/good character, mature, neat and clean, kind and considerte, clean up after themselves (very important), calm and mindful, studying hard and working hard type, and having roomate sharing experience a plus.

The house is around 2000 square feet with beautiful front and back yards, porch, and large patio. Living room and kitchen are furnished with the required utilities (Big screen TV, electric fireplace, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove cooktop, and oven). Utility room has washer and dryer in the unit. Located in a nice and safe neighborhood near UNT/TWU/Discovery Park.

Bus station is right in front of the house. Walking distance to UNT Discovery Park, North Lake Park, and Razor Ranch. Great for those who take classes at the UNT Discovery Park (10 minutes walk to Discovery Park). It will be more convenient if you have a car. 5 to 10 minutes drive to UNT main campus or TWU. Will share utilities (gas, electricity, water, internet) among roommates.

Lease term will be 1 year. No pet, no smoker, no alchohol, no party animal, no guest. Yes, to those who enjoy household chores.

Two of the guest bedrooms are unfurnished. You need to provide your own bed and furnitures and will share a bath room and common areas with others. ($800 to $900/month with deposit $1000 )

One of the gues bedrooms is furnished with a full size bed and mattress and will share a bath room and common areas with others. ($750/month with deposit $1000)
