Single Room with private bathroom and garage park

ISO of roommate to occupy a portion of my home. I am a single professional (Homosexual lifestyle) I have a large home in a nice quiet private neighborhood. We have sidewalks for daily walking. The front portion of the house is somewhat private 2 rooms separated by a bathroom. Large closet space in each bedroom and large hall closet, Ample amount of storage. I could consider the second bedroom to someone as additional private space for office or private lounge/den. In this price that is included, 1 room and private bath, Garage parking for your vehicle. All utilities, High speed internet. Shared common area, Living room, dinning and kitchen and Laundry. Maid service for the common space cleaned weekly. Additional fee added for cleaning of your space. Other wise it should be kept clean and neat at all times.

I am a professional, I work remote from home often. It is a quite home with my 2 loving dogs. I work long hours and use the common space as my office from time to time. I do travel often for work and recreation, generally my dogs go with me. However there are occasions that my dogs will be left behind with pet sitter. The exterior and common area of my home is under surveillance. This is for me to keep an eye on my dogs while I am away for work. I intend to use second bedroom as my office/flex space and as a spare room for what my parents visit. It is an open negotiation for that second room to be occupied by you. Lastly pets- no cats however I would consider one well behaved dog as long as it got along with my dogs. Unfortunately this is their home and they rein priority over everything, they allow me to occupy the space daily. :) They are super chill and very relaxed, very friendly.

I am a recent transplant from the East coast. This home is fairly empty and I am filling the space as I go. I am open to discussing share furnishings for the common areas.
