My house has wood floors throughout, with nearly every modern luxury, including a gourmet kitchen with two ovens, a Movie room, a laundry room, & a pool table. I also have a huge backyard. Small Dog, might be ok—$ 975 per month, including all utilities & high-speed internet. The City of Cross Roads is in Denton County, next to Little Elm, Frisco, & the City of Denton.
