Alright everyone, going to post this and try it out. Not sure who I'll run across but hoping for something positive. Not really needing a housemate but whats going on financially with the country right now is raising some doubts. Soooooo if this works and I can find the right fit awesome. If not thats ok as well. Not in a rush.

Outgoing and responsible super private male that is searching for really chill laid back great match in a housemate that has a similar lifestyle which is gainfully employed professional or full time student, GONE days and HOME nights. In the process of remodeling and painting the place. This way all schedules line up with no issues.. I am older with adult experience but definitely not an ageist. Id say open minded but with the country's state of being atm, lean towards the humanity side of things and beliefs, Fom the East coast, lived in the EU and worked in SoCal soooread between those lines.. personal diet is mainly super clean eating- very little meat these days and hoping for the same mentality in a potential.. Room is upstairs as well as bath, mine is down. turned 1 bedroom into wrkout room..

Great house, access to all highways on Addison/W Plano/Frisco borders, clean, organized and really quiet. So I'm searching for a super responsible person that is secure with living in a house situation-comfortable with themselves and life and would also be great to have someone compatible with healthy, very clean, wrkdout lifestyle and living in the burbs.. .... Again place is super quiet.. partying years are behind and want the same from tenant.. Guests will be limited for the sake of peace, security and avoidance of awkward randoms. This is an adult living situation and I'm pretty private. That said, once mutual respect and understanding are established I'm a pretty chill and relaxed guy on my down time.. have a pool table and bourbon to go with.. winters are indoor house projects for me and summers are outdoor projects and swimming.. references and background are necessary.
