Looking for a great match, that has same lifestyle. Gainfully employed professional or full time student that is away days and home nights. This way all schedules line up with no issues.. We're both professionals.. Great house, access to all highways super clean organized and really quiet. Searching for super responsible male that is secure with himself and living in a home. We're both comfortable with whatever orientation and would be great to have someone compatible with healthy, very clean, wrkdout lifestyle and living in the burbs.. have 1 roommate that gets up early to leave and comes home evenings in his room about 80% of the time if ever home.. Cleared it with him for another roomate and doesn't mind at all. Bath is shared but he is a minimalist and really clean. Usually showers at gym....place is quiet.. partying years are behind us and want the same from tenant.. guests will be limited for the sake of peace. This is an adult living situation. That said, once mutual respect and understanding are established I'm a pretty chill and relaxed guy on my down time.. have a pool table and bourbon to go with.. winters are indoor house projects for me and summers are outdoor projects and swimming.. references and background are necessary.
