Converted front room into a bedroom

Mom is filling house now that my kids are grown. Currently, the house has one female and one male. We work full time, but seem to have the house to ourselves sometimes. We are easy-going. During the summer you will find us outside next to the in-ground pool. Parking is outside in front of house. The room has full bed, and a dresser. However the room could empty if you have your own items. You will have full use of the laundry and kitchen with one kitchen double cabinet storage space. Quiet time starts at 10 pm until 6 am. No male or female guests more than four nights per month. Music will have to be only when home alone or use of a headset. Bad news: shared bathroom with two other people, near front door and kitchen, plus no closet. Best if heavy sleeper and you must know how to swim.

The desired age range is 28-55. Must have lived with others that would say that you are a good roommate, and a daytime full time job outside of home is required!!. Sorry no pets. This room has no closet.
