Cozy home with Nice size backyard And a community

I am a retired teacher. and in my late 50s. I am quiet at the house but I do like to go out with my friends and watch the Cowboys etc.

This home is about 10 months old. The roommate would be parking in the garage, so the renter would have to park on the road as many of the residents do. The renter would have to pass a background check and must pay for it which is around $30 to $40. Images will be added in the next couple of days. Utilities estimated at $150 to $200, your share. That would include trash pick up, electric, lawn mowing, gas. the hoa ammentities like two pools and walking paths, and internet. You would have access to my youtube TV and Prime

The bathroom would be for you only, but is not attached. It is down the hall. the largest room is about 11 x 12. There is a second room that could be negotiated in the $600 for the right person, it is a bit smaller but right next to the first room. Both rooms have locks for your privacy.
