Male Roommate Wanted (20s) – Private Bed, Bath & B

Hey everyone!

My name is Keshav, and I'm looking for a male roommate in his 20s to share my two-bedroom apartment at Hyde Park. The floor plan is below: there is a shared kitchen and living room, and then a private bedroom, private bathroom, in a closet that is attached to the bedroom. For this room specifically there’s also a private balcony entrance from your bedroom and the kitchen only.

I’d apartment community is safe, quiet, and conveniently located with easy access to many great spots around Dallas. My current roommate is relocating out of state for work, so I'm looking for someone to take over the room. A little about me: I'm a young professional working in data analytics. In my free time, I enjoy playing basketball, watching sports, working out, and hanging out with friends. We like to go out and have fun on the weekends- would be cool to have a guy fit in the friend group

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who can move in sometime in July or August. I'm hoping to find a clean, respectful, and easygoing roommate who is a good fit for the apartment.
