My roommate and I are both 25 and we have been living in this apartment for the last year. I am moving out to go live with my boyfriend, so I am looking for someone to move into my room. This is NOT a sublet. My lease is month-to-month, so I can move out whenever.

The apartment is furnished, but if you have your own furniture that you prefer, you can let me know what you don't want and I will move it out! The bedroom can also come furnished or unfurnished based on what you need. It is currently furnished with a desk, a bed (new mattress), and a dresser.
