Hi! My name is Isabel. I am 25 year old female, I work in marketting and I've been living in Dallas for about a year. I love going on walks and doing yoga. I cook and bake pretty often, and I love trying new restaurants and new movies!

I am renting a bedroom in this 2b/2b apartment. It is down the street from the Central Market on Lover and Greenville. It is within walking distance of a DART station and the Dallas trail system.

The livingroom and dining area are fully furnished. The bedroom has a closet and a window. It also comes with a private bathroom, with a bathtub and shower. There is also in-unit washer and dryer, a cute back patio, and two reserved parking spaces!

I am looking for a roommate to move in asap! My cuurent roommate is moving in with her bf as soon as we can fill the room.

The bedroom is currently furnished with a new matress on a bedframe, and a dresser, but if you have your own stuff and want it totally unfurnished, we can move the stuff out quickly! Just let me know!
