Looking for a roommate to move into a 3-bedroom apartment starting this month

Location: Near University of Dallas

Rent: $570/month (fluctuates slightly based on water usage)
Application Fee: $50 through the leasing office

Utilities:
• Electric: $50–$135 depending on time of year per person
• Internet: Included
Parking: Optional, $20/month through leasing office

Apartment Amenities:
• Free gym on-site
• Pool access
• Multiple laundry rooms throughout the complex
• Shared bathroom

Must be okay with cats – one roommate has two friendly cats.
The apartment is part of the Tower Village complex. They own the apartment; Brandon and I are current tenants.
Must be able and willing to sign the lease with the property manager. Lease lasts until August, but moving out early is allowed. Proof of income and background check required for approval.

2 male roommates, Luke and Brandon. 2 cats, Harry and Steve. We mostly keep to ourselves.
