Looking for third roommate in a four-bedroom two-bathroom home located on the east side of Dallas. Tucked in quiet neighborhood. Spacious front and back yard. Easy access to surrounding areas Mesquite, Garland, and Richardson etc. All utilities included in rent. Storage room available if needed for extra furniture or belongings.

Shared common areas. Large living room. Kitchen, two large bathrooms, washer & dryer available, wifi, on street parking out front of house or driveway. Grill hooked up.

Current tenants are mid to late thirties working professionals. Both in food & beverage and tech service. Unset work schedules. Current tenants are both respectful of noise level, cleanliness and privacy. Friends and family along with guests welcome. As this would be your home too. Cigarettes are fine outside only, just make sure to clean up.

Background check along with a few references will be required. $725 rent month to month and $425 security deposit due prior to move in. Cannot accept any other pets at the moment.
