Room available! We live in a safe neighborhood with walking trails, swimming pools and a golf course nearby. I live here with one other female roommate, and everyone is pretty quiet and does their own thing. I’m looking for someone who is responsible, gets along well with others and does not abuse alcohol, or drugs, prescription, or otherwise who would be a good fit for the household.
