Room for Rent in Rowlett House

Available Room from Hallway

I've got a bedroom with decent closet space available. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway between the available room and my home office. I usually do not use it.

I work from home often, so I will be fully paying internet bill each month. We would split Electric and Water.

There is not a lot of furniture in the house yet but I am working on that. You would need to fully furnish your bedroom.

The house has a lot of natural light, it's in a quiet neighborhood, and there's room in the driveway for a few cars.
I like to cook and will often make dinner, but I'll need help with groceries and cleaning.
I would like to live with someone / a couple that is chill and respectful and clean. Hygiene and cleanliness is important to me; you don't have to be a clean freak but please be reasonable.
I don't smoke but if you do that is fine, just keep it in the backyard.
