Welcome! I have a comfortable furnished 12 feet by 12 feet private bedroom available in a clean, peaceful home in Richardson. You’ll have access to the kitchen, washer and dryer, shared bathroom, and common areas.

We’re a friendly and respectful household, and I’m hoping to find one considerate person who will feel at home here. A student or working professional would be a great fit. This is a relaxed, quiet home rather than a party house. A small, sweet, friendly dog also lives here.

Rent is $950 per month, with utilities shared. First and last month’s rent are required before moving in. The room is available now.
