10x10 pre furnished room

Room is a 10x10 room with two closets. Second floor. It come pre furnished with a bed, desk, and chair.

Bathroom is shared with just one other tenant. All doors in house have electronic locks for privacy, so I'd set up a fingerprint, code, and/or rfid card for you. Washer/dryer are also free for use on the first floor.

Kitchen, gym, garage, dining room(s), and back yard are common space. Kitchen is pretty well-stocked, and there is plenty of fridge space. I'm going to get the pool cleaned up soonish for use as well.

I live on the first floor and generally keep to myself, but am always available to fix anything that needs to be attended. Windows on the second floor will get getting replaced sometime next month as well, at current tenant request.
