Looking for a good energy roommate

Room available for a responsible, friendly and laid back guy. The house is large, two story with a pool. In a very safe neighborhood with suburban feel but only 5 minutes to shopping and hwy. Large open kitchen and living areas and great parking. Downstairs lives the home owner who is a late 30's gay male who has a long-term partner and a recent grad straight male. Gay friendly household but otherwise not pertinent to the vibe or atmosphere. Upstairs has 2 large bedrooms and shared bath. I am in the largest bedroom across the hall and posting the ad because we would obviously need to match and get along the most. Due to the size and design of the house, as well as daily routines, it is sometimes days between seeing the other housemates (kitchen/laundry primarily). I'm a professional, travel a lot for work or pleasure. I am fun and outgoing but also enjoy my alone time. I lead a healthy lifestyle, gym and fitness are important. I'm super easy to get along with, an open communicator, clean, respect privacy and have a very positive outlook on life and people. There aren't really any house rules besides cleaning up after yourself. Everyone gets along and does their own thing. I have been here 2 years. I've thought about moving a few times but it's so affordable, great place and chill environment. The guy leaving was here before me and is moving in with his girlfriend.
