Spacious, private room located within one of the prime area's of Dallas. Easy access to Central Expy, The Tollway , as well as NW Hwy. Gym and pool are located within the complex, as well as a private parking garage. Utilities are included within the rent payment, as well as a washer and dryer. I am a single mother, currently living alone with my small dog. I work five days a week, from 9-5, so you will likely not see me during the day. Apart from this, I’m easy-going, active, and enjoy peace and cleanliness. On my day’s off, I enjoy taking my dog for walk’s, or heading to the gym.
