Application process for lease transfer- • Submit an application through me to the apartment portal. (Fee of $75) • Background screening that includes credit score check, criminal and rental history records check etc. done by apartment managers • Deposit to be paid based on the background screening, upon signing the lease • Note that the lease will be fully under your name.
Apartment amenities- Gated community, 2 floored Gym, swimming pool, lounge, open area for barbecue with hammocks, business centre, movie room, pet friendly with pet park and pet grooming area, ample garage car parking available.
