Hi- I am a middle-age man looking for LGBT friendly man /only/ as a house-mate with a newly redone bedroom for rent. Shared kitchen, and laundry room with a designated bathroom near rented room. *This bathroom is mostly for the renter but it is still used as a guest bathroom also. Must be OK with a dog in the house, but she is small and stays in my rooms or outside mostly. Close to downtown Dallas. Would be great for someone that works around downtown, Lakewood or Oak Lawn. $600.00 all bills paid $ 100.00 deposit. Temp with 3 to 6 month lease, possibly longer. No tobacco smoking inside and no overnight guests. Chill atmosphere for a friendly person. Big front porch outside the 9 X 14 room. I have furniture and bed if needed but you can set up the room any way you like. Room/housemate/friend situation only, I am in a relationship. *Looking for a renter that works outside the home during the day or early evening and has their own transportation. *Renter must sign a standard lease and provide identification/license number. *Renter must show some sort of proof of employment. Off street driveway parking and room for 2 functioning vehicles. Nice street, neighbors and a safe house. Rent is due promptly first day of new month. We have been redoing the house- it is older but sweet!
