The Space:
Looking for two clean, responsible young professionals to fill two private bedrooms in a beautiful, owner-occupied 3-bed, 3.5-bath townhome located in the heart of State Thomas. You’ll be sharing the home with me (the owner). The townhome features high ceilings, modern finishes, a spacious communal living area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

We have two great rooms available:

Room A ($1,400/month): 14' x 11' layout with its own private en-suite bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet.

Room B ($1,500/month): 15' x 12' layout with its own private en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in closet.

Note: Utilities (Water, Electric, Gas, 1G Internet) are excluded from base rent and will be split equally 3 ways.
