I'm looking for a roommate to share my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at MAA Worthington in the heart of the State Thomas neighborhood.

Details:
- Available bedroom has its own balcony, walk-in closet and bathroom (bathroom includes laundry unit)
- 12-month lease beginning September 1
- $1,400/month per person + utilities (typically around $100/month per person)
- First-floor unit is located right next to the complex gym for easy access
- Unit also 15 steps away from the pool area with multi-grill setup, pavilion, lounge area and adjacent activity room. Always packed out there

Location in Uptown/State Thomas is one of the biggest reasons I'm renewing as the complex is in the city's most walkable neighborhood and is surrounded by great bars and restaurants like The Standard Pour, State & Allen, Thomas Ave. Beverage Co., and The Nodding Donkey among many others. It's also within walking distance of the American Airlines Center for Stars and Mavericks games, concerts, and events, plus the West Village (shopping, dining, movie theater).

I'm a 25-year-old guy who enjoys watching and playing sports, movies, live music, and going out to bars with friends. I'm clean, respectful, and easygoing, and I'm looking for someone similar who will be a good roommate.
