Sublease 1 bedroom apartment

I am looking for someone to sublease my 720sq-ft 1 bed 1 bath unit at Cantabria at Turtle Creek apartments. This is a luxury mid-rise apartment with concierge, EV charging, amenities, a huge dog park, and walking distance from the Katy trail.

Unit is on the top floor with an amazing view. Base rent is $1,832 and recurring fixed fee is $108 (pest control, trash, and amenity fees). Water/sewer, wifi, electricity, and renters insurance is tenants responsibility.

Looking for someone to move in on or after June 1, 2026. Lease ends on September 14, 2026 with option to renew.

I am moving out and this will not be a shared space. Willing to sell my furniture if interested.

Apartment Income requirement is 3x base rent of $1,832.
Application fee $100 paid directly to apartment.
