Huge Guest House Very Private!

Hello! We are renting our huge guest house month to month that is located only about 8 minutes south of Bishops Art District. We are only 15 minutes from Downtown Dallas and only 5 minutes from the freeway. Guest house has its own private entrance, private fence, living room, full kitchen, full bathroom/shower and Wifi. It comes with a huge fridge as well. Who are we? We are a young couple in our 20s that are very quiet, work alot, love going to the gym. We want this to be a private space for both you and us we will not bother you. What we are looking for: We are looking for someone who is clean, quiet, responsible and will appreciate the space we have to offer. Our neighborhood is very quiet and family oriented! Rent is $850 a month and that includes wifi and all utilities. Must have good credit to show you can pay your bills on time.
