While this space is completely private we would share 2 walls of the residence. I would prefer a working professional who is mature & quiet. Please no remote workers who need a lot of broadband. There is not much accommodation for cooking full meals or having guests but it is quiet perfect & comfortable for one.

NONE of your space is shared. It is like having your own efficiency with kitchenette & nice bath and your own private entrance with parking.

There are sleeping, seating, and eating areas just for your personal use that no one else can access without prior permission and a key. Housekeeping is done bi-weekly according to your schedule & included. All utilities, cable, & wifi also included.

Everything is supplied so you only need to bring your clothes & electronics.

Must pass credit & background checks. Required to sign house rule agreement prior to being considered.
