Hi everyone, I have a room available in a shared apartment in Irving. I am moving out because I am traveling for work, so I am looking for a serious and respectful person to take over my room.

Apartment details: The apartment is shared by only two people. Each person has their own private room and bathroom.
The room is spacious and comfortable, and the living area is .

The complex features private parking, a swimming pool, and a gym.

Excellent location: close to the airport (about a 15-minute drive) everything is nearby.

Rent: $780 per month for one person only.

Water and electricity are not included.
The lease runs until May 2027.

Since Im moving out and Im looking for someone to take over ASAP I want to offer the person a two option:

1) First Month Covered ( FREE )
2) $100 Discount for the remaining period until the end of the lease May 2027.
