Hello all, i'm looking for a 2nd roomate(3rd person) in a 3 bedroom house in Irving (75038) that is minutes away from las colinas, the airport, and much more in a nice clean neighborhood. Send me a message for more pictures. There is a ton of space and an upstairs game room/ loft area which you can utilize! I'm a working professional working M-F and prefer students or other working professional. Rent is $1000 and has an in house washer / dryer. The house is furnished but the room itself is not. I do have a spare twin mattress if you wish to use it.
Move in date around late april.
Utilities are split 1/3, which are internet, electricity, water/sewage. It totals around 50 to to 75 per person each month. Clean background/no eviction history is a MUST.
$500 deposit. Non-smoker, clean background, no eviction history, steady income are musts and will be verified.
Im 29 work full time. Enjoy going to the gym, gaming, watching movies, and going to concerts. I have a cat that lives here as well! So it's a bonus if you like cats. Hes very friendly and calm.
