Hey! I am the leaseholder of this amazing 2bd 2ba in Dallas, 75230, right off the 75 in Preston Hollow. It is a 1450SqFt place with high roofs, an amazing view of the pool from the condo, and lots of space. I am 25 y. o, man and currently work at the DISD. I would like somebody in their 20s or 30s.

Rent is 2k a month, we would split 50/50. ALL BILLS INCLUDED except internet. 1 covered parking spot available for you.
