I'm looking for someone to share my apartment...

My roommate has vacated and I'd rather not have to move!
The rent will be $900 plus electricity. I'll cover the Internet...
The bedroom is 11'.6"x 13'.6" with a walk-in closet and a separate private bath.
There is a screened-in patio with an outdoor grill. The unit is adjacent to a swimming pool. I do have a washer and dryer in the unit. The area is generally tranquil and safe. I've had no issues here, other than the upstairs neighbor occasionally being heavy footed....
About me: I'm a single, straight, non-smoking, drug-free 50y/o. My ancestry is German, Sicilian-American Indian and I'm originally from New Orleans. I'm a career chef of 30 years. I've been here since Katrina, but I lived here once before, after high school. I am very low-key and easy to get along with and I don't have guests. I'm looking for someone similar, NO drugs, smoking outside only, and visitors at a minimum. I usually stay home when not working, so that I can rest and recover. I have blood cancer, so that renders me with chronic fatigue and exhaustion. I spend time on my computer or cell, reading or watching TV, usually podcasts, debates, documentaries, and movies.
Also, and important note, I work at least 12 hours a day, and I like to come home to a clean, neat and tidy apartment. That being said, if you're messy and unorganized, please look somewhere else! You can keep your room and bathroom as you see fit, but the common areas must be in order...
