Two private rooms available in 1968 three-bedroom townhome. Rent for the furnished room is $680 and for the unfurnished room $620. There will be a $500 deposit. Utilities included in rent, plus a covered parking spot. I can also rent both rooms to a single tenant for $1200 per month. Each roommate also gets an extra closet in the hallway for extra storage. Bathroom will be shared between only the two roommates. Background check will be conducted before move-in for safety reasons.

This neighborhood is quiet, walkable, safe and with tree-lined streets. HOA runs two neighborhood pools that you will have access to. This is a very central area by Coit and 635. The University of Texas at Dallas campus is an 11-minute drive from here. Also, SMU is 9 minutes, downtown Dallas is 15 minutes, and the Dallas Galleria is 7 minutes away.

Both rooms face the patio and alleyway, where your vehicles will be parked. The unfurnished room has a sliding door that leads straight to the patio, where smoking is allowed. Washer and dryer in home. Common areas include kitchen and living room.
