I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a private bedroom and private bathroom in a furnished 2 bed / 2 bath apartment at Alma on Maple in the Dallas Medical District.

The location is especially convenient for UTSW students, graduate students, residents, nurses, and medical professionals, with UTSW within walking distance. Also, other professionals are welcome! It’s not structured limited to med students.
