I have a room available for rent in Irving, TX (girls only). The house is 15mins from the airport (DFW), 20mins from downtown Dallas,25 mins from downtown Fort Worth, 20mins from Uptown.

The house is newly renovated and completely equipped: new washer/dryer, new sofa, tv, plates, cups, pans, etc.. You would share a bathroom (in picture) with potentially one more person.

I pay for cleaning products, paper towels, toilet paper, etc (items for general use). I also take care of taking out the trash for the house. I value a clean space and have a cleaning lady come on a biweekly basis for the whole house.
