Furnished room (queen bed) with private bathroom in 2.5 story penthouse apartment, top floor with large ceilings and a loft. Sits directly on the canals of Lake Carolyn and next to Levy Park overlooking Lake Carolyn.

Apartment has concrete floors throughout (except bedrooms) an industrial vibe, 30 ft ceilings with floor to ceiling windows, a loft, and a large balcony overlooking the main street.

Located right off i114 @ O'Connor in downtown Las Colinas, 10 miles/15 min to downtown, and quick access to pretty much everywhere. Toyota Music Factory, Alamo movie theater and many restaurants & entertainment all within walking distance.

I am an easy going middle aged IT professional who travels occasionally and I work mostly from home. I normally cook a couple times a week and spend most of my time with my extremely friendly 5 year old goldendoodle.

I prefer short term or month to month, but will consider longer based on situation. Overall I'm pretty flexible to most situations.
