Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over the lease for my previous roommate in North Dallas just 10 minutes from North Park mall and the Galleria. The lease ends in November of 2025, and it’s a 2BD 2BR apartment that’s $850/month and a little under $1000 with utilities. I’m looking for someone who is clean and friendly to move in this month on any date! Everything is already paid for January so you won’t have to pay rent until next month! It’s pet friendly and I have an ESA who loves being around other people.
