I am looking for someone to take over my lease in a beautiful apartment community near Uptown. The apartment is 2bd/2ba and will be available January 1st. The Highland Park West Lemmon is just off of Lemmon Avenue and within walking distance to tons of great restaurants and amenities. The apartment is located in a quiet corner of the building on the first floor. I rented during a special and got this apartment for a steal at only $1575/mo. If Interested in renting a single room, the master bedroom is $825 and the guest bedroom is $750.
