Room includes a queen bed with memory foam mattress, a Himalayan salt lamp, a standard lamp, two night stands, dresser, a closet, a space heater, a small fan, a small mini fridge and a small work desk. Those that rent by Nov th get a free bottle of wine or pick of beer or pack of your choice of soda. Outside in backyard there is access to a nice porch area, putt putt golf area, trampoline, fire pit, grill area, knife and axe throwing range area and small hot tub. WiFi and utilities included. Laundry on property too. Renters that rent and commit to more than two months will get $dollars off their first months rent.
