Hello there, I have a cozy, private room to rent that is in my living room divided off from another room. The place includes a twin raised folding bed, heated blanket, one fan, AC, small night stand and one chair. Included in rent is WiFi, utilities, parking space, shared bathroom, access to laundry, putt putt golf area and a trampoline. If you sign your renter agreement by October 26th you’ll get a free bottle of wine or case of beer. Or case of your choice you of soda that will be included in with the room. Also those that commit to two months or more of rent will get $50 off first months rent. Also included at this House we do barbecues or a bonfire every month as well as we have a raffle every month where prizes can be won.
