Hi! I’m Cristina, and I’m looking for a respectful, clean, and easygoing roommate to rent a private upstairs suite in my 3,000 sq ft home.

You would have the entire second floor to yourself—no one else lives upstairs—so it feels very private. The space includes a large master-sized bedroom, your own bathroom, and a small living area. There’s also an extra guest room upstairs that isn’t currently being rented out.

Shared spaces include a large kitchen, and you’ll have your own refrigerator in the garage. Parking is available in the driveway (tandem style; no garage parking).

The home also has a big fenced backyard with a covered patio, gas grill, and smoker—great for relaxing.

I do have two small, friendly dogs (about 13 lbs each), so you must be comfortable with pets. I may consider a pet depending on temperament, and vet records will be required.

The location is fantastic—very close to downtown Rowlett and The Harbor, with easy access to dining, shopping, and the lake.
