2 story house, just a 5 minute drive from lake Ray Hubbard and just a few seconds from highway 30! George Bush tollway is also less than a 5 minute drive from our house, as well as highway 635 so this is a very accessible location! House is 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. Looking for a second tenant to rent a private bedroom and shared bathroom. Your main Bathroom will only be shared with 1 other female tenant. (Landlords have our own bathroom in our bedroom) And there is a 1/2 bathroom downstairs that is shared with everyone. House is also equipped with a 2 car garage, washer and dryer, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island counter top for cooking, a dining area with a full sized dining table and 6 chair, a very large backyard as well as a front yard and a living room equipped with a fireplace and vaulted ceilings. Tenants will have access to all of these shared spaces. House is all wood and wood tile on both floors. We have 2 Private bedrooms that we rent, with the smaller one being currently vacant. My boyfriend and I own the house and we are the landlords. He does all of the maintenance and yard work. I manage our leases and screen our tenants. We are looking for a considerate, responsible and respectful tenant who can help us with the pets when we are out of town as we travel for work. This mainly consists of tenants letting the dogs out throughout the day. We rent to females only so that everyone will be comfortable. And we only rent to 2 people at a time so the house is never crowded. We have been renting rooms over 2 years now and we always treat others the way we want to be treated.
