Quiet morning coffee place

This nicely furnished, small bedroom (12’X10’) has access to a shared bathroom in a comfy home with easy access to I-30 and 635. The roommate would have access to the kitchen, living room, and washer and dryer. There is plenty of parking in the driveway at the back of the house.

This well-maintained home is close to Rockwall and Lake Ray Hubbard. Shopping centers (e. g., Town East Mall), restaurants and fast-food places, parks, and public transportation are nearby, as are Walmart, Kroger, and several banks.

A lovely back patio overlooking a flower garden is a peaceful place for you to rest after a long day of work. (You can help me chase the squirrels away from the sunflowers; they are eating them all up!)

The neighborhood is an older one, with tree-lined streets and friendly neighbors. A park with a pond is within walking distance.

Current roommates include a retired, Christian, hospice caretaker. Renter is expected to keep their room clean and to pick up after themselves in the common areas.

Our preference is for a Christian roommate who does not drink, use drugs, or smoke. No guests or visitors of yours are allowed to stay overnight.
