Located in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood, youll often see neighbors walking their dogs, running, or riding bikes. We offer a private room for a lady, including an office desk inside the room. The home is spacious, with a large living room, high ceilings, a comfortable couch, and a TV in the room. There is also a large backyard with tables and chairs to enjoy.

You'll have access to a big, comfortable kitchen for daily use, along with private cabinets for your food and shared kitchen items. Your bedroom includes a bathroom that is shared only with one other guest room. These are the only two rooms with access to it. The second room is occupied by another approved female guest who meets our house requirements. She is a friendly tenant who has been living in the house for the last three years and is professional nurse.

We want you to enjoy your stay and will do our best to meet your expectations.
